How do i upload a profile picture?

I feel really dumb for asking this but i can't figure out how to add a profile picture... can someone help?

It is under settings not my profile. You will see choices for edit profile pick and avatar. I assume you mean avatar, so click there and add a file of a pic.

For the avatar it has an upload option but for profile pic the only option I'm seeing is to "fill the link" ... How do I fill the link to a pic saved on my tablet or upload a profile pic?

you need to be a bluelighter (50 posts) to set a profile picture.
