Heroin How do I properly prepare H3 for IV?

Just moved to afghanistan. Where it's made so of course it'll be as pure as well. Thought I was doing this right. Used citric acid. Dope is very good. Snorting/smoking works very well. The IV used to give me a rush and now it doesnt. Same dope. Same quality. No cut in spoon. I am baffled. Please someone help me. Sometimes blood also comes up but I still miss...can anyone explain that?
 
How long have you been using now? You might be gaining a tolerance at this point. Do you wait until you are in mild WD before re-dosing?
 
Where are you injecting? Sounds like tolerance or you are missing but if the gear is as good as you say you should still feel it every time.
 
12 years off and on...and no..I don't wait...I just don't understand why if I smoke or snort it...I still get high but get no rush and sometimes I miss and sometimes I don't.
