Mental Health How can one see a mental health professional for treatment without it going into their medical record?

I know it is confidential in the US. But what I'm asking is if there is therapy that can be had where they don't keep a record. Obviously this will be out of pocket.
 
go to a walk in centre they asked me if I wanted to share info with gp no chance was I telling him I had an abscess from heroin they onlt.know about.me rakinf.methadone I'm in uk
