Heroin with too much water question

Hello this is my first post and I was wondering if my friend accidentally put too much water on his shot, can he boil it down by adding heat so long as he does not just boil it with straight heat but just a little at a time, Or will this kill anything from overheating it?

If you've added a bit too much water it doesn't really matter. It's not like the amount of drug lessens just because it's suspended in more water. The effect will be the same. You only need to heat it enough to dissolve it as per usual then inject. Putting a few mls of extra fluid into yourself isn't any matter of concern.
