Can anyone give me info about how long before you feel the full effects of heroin snorting it? This guy I know has ended up being Narcan'd twice already and has blacked out (attacking family, trying to keep taking more) many times already. This is because they don't feel anything because of their tolerance and keep taking until *BOOM* they're crazy.... Thank you and apologies if this is posted wrong.
