Opioids Heroin bioavsbility and safe injecting

Hi what is the snorting bioavsbility of heroin I usually cook it like a shot and snort the water.
Also I had a bit left over and tried injecting I did it soon as a bit of blood went in barrell and felt it straight away did I get the vein fully as if didn't fill up just slightly saw blood then I dug it what is the subcutaneous bio of heroin
 
Also does anyone have any idea on average how much heroin metabolised into morphine.
Say a bag is 100mg and half pure so 50mg into morphine
