I got this idea to purify heroin #3 (afghan brown base) and preferrably convert it to #4 (water soluable salt form). Any suggestions?
Idea:
1) To remove impurities like caffeine, add hand warm water. Filter the base out of the solution with a coffeefilter.
2) add water to the base with activated carbon and hand warm water. Filter again.
3) add water an a drop of hydrichloric acid to the base (ph 8), let the base percipitate out of the solution. Filter and let it dry.
4) add some water and ascorbic acid to the base. (Until ph 5?) Gently heat it, cool it off and let the heroin salt percipitate out of the solution.
