Help took 20mg methadone. Amd .5 xanax is it ok to go to sleep?

Havent done opiates in 8 months took 20mg methadone pill and snorted a peach xanax will i be fine going to bed? I forgot about methadone being what x3's stronger? than a roxy

Well, for somebody whose not opiate naïve 20mg of methadone is nothing to worry about at all. And you sniffed a very small amount of alprazolam. There will be some synergy, but you'll be safe to sleep. But don't sleep on your back, sleep on your side, turn on some relaxing tunes, chill out.

Xanax doesn't snort and just goes down your throat like most benzos. You want a faster onset just crush the pill and hold the powder under your tongue

Make sure you sleep on your side, in case you vomit. Tolerant or not, not the brightest idea.

If you can, have someone check in on you. Even in tolerant users, medication can go sideways on them.
