Opioids Help making tramadol work faster onset

Okay think again I'm getting used to tramadol dosage. How can I make these work more instant rather than like upto and hour. They aren't the same release time as anything such as codeine for example.
Any help much appreciated 👍🏽

Do they work sublingually?
 
Chew them? Plug them will be faster also and you'd need less
 
Take one pill in your butt, every 4 hours as needed? Sorry, I couldn't resist.
 
It was a joke, because plugging the drug was listed by another member. You do know what that means, right?
