Yeah a degree in biochemistry. It was actually a school laboratory technician

Oh yes, you went to a university nearish me IIRC. Did you go as a mature student? Uni at 39 seems daunting. Maybe should read some books while I'm on the sick/dole and see if I find the information actually sticks.
Any recommendations? I have a 3 inch thick chemistry book at home. I'll read it. I think it's A-Level stuff.

Don't need a degree to be a school laboratory technician. It was a fun job (distilled some alcohol during one summer holidays!)
