Held Escitaloprame killed my dick and mood just after one dose

Yes sir most of em are SSRI's. They all have their little differences somehow, though. I tried Lexapro after the Zoloft started losing its magic but didnt notice much of an improvement. So now im back on a lower dose of Zoloft.
I'd really like to get off of it but with my current substance abuse i dont wanna risk any nasty side effects.
