hektik smash what is it?

hey guys i've been using an allegadly legal smoke call hektik smash randomly for 6 months in no way would i say regularly, normarly it would last half an hour and just make you mellow.

Yesterday i had a joint of it in the morning and i'm not sure if it reacted with the 0.01g of pure ice(confirmed) i had 3days ago at 4 am, i had not slept at all, and when i had the heltik yesterday i was out off it the whole day.

Im very fit does that affect how ice will affect you along with hektik ? I've never been smashed like that of such a little amount and i was an ice user for 3 months a year ago
