Stimulants heart is pounding out of my chest on ritalin

my heart is beating so fast and it has been for hours, about 125bpm. at this point i would take a benzo but i dont have any right now and cant get any.

im having an anxiety attack and im just laying down. should i go get a bag of dope? i really dont wanna go down that road again but i need something that will relax me and bring my heart rate down
 
Ritalin has a pretty short half-life (less than 4 hours). Just ride it out.
 
125 is totally fine from a health standpoint. I'd always get that with dxm but the first few times I'd have panic attacks and make it even worse. Like hodor said, just ride it out. If it goes over 170ish for more than a few minutes that's when I'd start to worry.
