head pressure when high

hi yall

i kinda realised ive been experiencing this thing pretty much every time i get high since i started noticing it, maybe a year or two ago. and i havent noticed anyone else talking about it, in regards to getting high

i can only get indica dominant strains where i live (i prefer sativa), and when i smoke it, after about 3 minutes or something i notice a strong feeling of pressure at about the crown of my head (on the top), its pretty heavy and i guess thats where the term "stoned" comes from?

ive noticed sometimes when i have a month break from weed, i still notice the stone feeling almost like it gets weaker as the THC leaves my system completely.

its pretty much the predominant effect of weed for me now, that and munchies and some increased enjoyment in activities and more hilarity.

so does anyone else notice this effect? i am pretty sick of it now

on a sidenote i think its also a symptom of kundalini rising where energy gets stuck in your head, but idk if its related at all...

its nothing like a headache rly, kind of like having a balloon inside the top of your head that feels heavy, and like its trying to expand
