Benzos Hawthorn as potentiator

I was having a bad time with panic and I took some hawthorn to calm my heart and a half hour later some lorazepam. The result was a very very very nice feeling which surprised me as benzos seem to do nothing for me. Is hawthorn a known potentiator for lorazepam perhaps?
 
Doesn't look like it. That mix can make you double drowsy tho so don't drive
