Stimulants Having trouble figuring out a 2 to 1 ratio??

Hi everyone!
I have been trying to figure out a 2 Li to 1 Psuedo molar ratio, but I having so much trouble figure this out.
I am really good in math, but for some reason I am having trouble figuring this one out. I know that the atomic mass for
Li = 6.94 g/mole
pseudo = 165.24 g/mole

so I have to find out how much Li is in a mole right?? or I dunno I'm am confused cause what if I have 5g of pseudo how much Li is needed??

any help is appreciated also if anyone knows of good tutorials on stiochemistry please let me know thank you

I had trouble grasping the mole concept initially too, idk why it was so confusing even though it's so simple. If you can't figure this out by yourself then you definitely shouldn't be fucking with chemical reactions without a trained chemist supervising you.
