Has this ever happened to anyone here?

Hi all. For 2 years I IVed dilaudid regularly. Approx 16mg every 4 hours or so. I stopped using for a year or so and then got my hands on some again recently. Every time I use now (only 4 mg as opposed to the 16+ in the past) approximately 3 hours after shooting I begin projectile vomiting for 8-12 hours. I had never gotten sick from using in the past, I had rarely ever vomited at all before this-ever. I can?t figure out why this is happening nor how to use without this happening. I hoped it was an isolated incident but it?s happened 10+ times. I?ve tried taking anti nausea/vomiting meds like regular, but that didn?t work. I?ve also tried to not eat for >12hrs prior to using but that resulted in a ton of dry heaving. Any advise other than to not use anymore would be greatly appreciated.
