Gabapentinoids Has phenibut hcl completely disappeared from clearnet vendors in Europe?

I'm just curious has anyone/everyone else experienced this? Not looking for sources, just wondering if I'm crazy and all the clear net sites seemingly seemed to have stopped selling phenibut hcl and phenibut FAA overnight.

I don't really want to order from a Russian vendor (the only clearnet site I found still selling it)...

Not sure about Europe, but i get addicts 24/7 on facebook for it here on the east coast of the US. Atleast 80% of my ads are phenibut/ poorly done addiction treatment commercials.

I just found 2 vendors in whole Europe that sell pure powder. A bit overpriced but still ok. There were definitely more vendors stocking phenibut years ago.
