Harmine, Harmaline & Benzodiazepines

I'm just curious if benzodiazepines are contraindicated with harmalas? Does anybody have any first-hand experience consuming MAOIs (specifically harmalas) whilst taking benzos? I have searched far and wide and found contradicting information. However, the Wikipedia article on 'Harmala alkaloid' states the following:

"As a benzodiazepine site inverse agonist, harmala alkaloids are used as a model for Essential Tremor (ET) when injected to animals. Rats being treated with harmaline exhibit severe tremors after 5–7 minutes. Individuals diagnosed with Essential Tremor have been found to have elevated blood levels of harmala alkaloids.[6]"

As a benzodiazepine dependent individual (1mg lorazepam b.i.d), I want to be assured that consuming a MAOI prior to DMT is not going to send me into violent withdrawals (ala Flumazenil).
