Hi there I downloaded the Handbook for the therapeutic use of LSD-25, individual and group procedures,
from 1959 D.B. Bletwett, Ph.D./ N. Chwelos, M.D. OCR by MAPS- Edits by Erowid

I am very excited to ask for other recommendations about psychedelics and therapeutic use. I am
looking for videos PDF's, books, what ever I can read will help me to gain more knowledge.

I really liked the book from James Fadiman, Psychedelic explorers guide - my new BIBLE !

My next books will be from Stanislav Grof LSD Assisted Psychotherapy, I read the one with all the
testimonials from terminally ill patients and LSD Assisted Psychotherapy.

If I could I would study LSD assisted psychotherapy, I looked into it and figured that people finished
their psychology degrees and added a Trans personal Psychotherapy, if they used LSD for Therapy.

I am working in Palliative care as a musician and grief worker, with music and arts and I want to keep
the arts and music very close in my field of study. I am not really willed to commit a life long depth
because I have to go to school for almost a decade to get a degree in Trans personal psychotherapy!

I found a course which caught my attention I guess it was called Addiction Councillor and community
/ social worker.

James Fadiman mentioned a online course about this topic but I could not find anything, I wonder if
Stanislav Grof or any other reliable source who gives online courses thanks for reading, suggestions,
comments, questions!

Keep in mind if you are based in the US or many other countries, psychedelic therapy is still illegal and therefore most practitioners are operating underground, and many qualified practitioners may be sympathetic to the cause but will not practice out of fear of losing their licenses/livelihood or generally because they are pro-social people who don't want to break the law.

So this manual is amazing, but it's from 1959, is there a newer version or something
comparable to this manual pls. let me know! Is there any discussions in here about this
manual I kinda want to post my questions while I am reading it in this post ?!

Well that's the thing... in 1959 you could do this kind of research and write about it openly. In 2014, we are just beginning to see that door open again.

From the handbook:
"Dosages, in our experience, range between 100 and 1000 micrograms and possibly larger doses may be used in the future. Doses of 1500 micrograms have been used by Hubbard (24) without unfortunate side effects."

The Secret Chief Revealed is the biography of Leo Zeff...both books are very worthwhile.

It's important to stress that psychedelic therapy is showing itself to be an effective catalyst for psychological healing and personal advancement when COMBINED with well-structured therapy sessions (including talk therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques). Improvement also has to be credited to participants being motivated and open to change.

I am not sure If I write his name right could not find him through www thank you so much.

I read THE MANUEL through marked stuff here and there, I wonder if you can compare the
LSD they used for addiction with the one you would get on the street today?!

How much LSD did they receive, was it like 1 trip?!
