Green Chloroform when used as a solvent?

Has anyone had Chloroform turn green and viscous when using it as a solvent? Used recently and was clear liquid until I evaporated - the last few mls became stick like honey and had a yellow-green colour.

Wondering what impurities can cause this effect?
