I read a really old thread on here about gotu kola http://www.bluelight.org/vb/threads/697725-Gotu-Kola-what-a-wonderful-herb so I thought I would experiment myself with a megadose.
I have swanson gotu kola capsules 435mg capsules and took 8 of them an hour ago, but although it has helped my anxiety a little bit, it has done nothing to lift my mood.
I also take about 94mg trazodone a day, but I doubt that this should affect anything.
Dunno if I have given it long enough, things normally take about 40-45 mins for me to kick in though.
If I feel any different I will come back and report any new findings.
