Got oxymorphone IR 10 Mg what to do

How should I use them? I have had a 100 mg per day oxycodone have it for eight months. I know the ratio from Oxymorphone to oxycodone is different but how much should I take Oraly to feel something compared to the 100 mgs oxycodone I used to take ? Iike 50 mg ? I don’t snort inject nothing. I just take by mouth. So if my habit is 100 mg oxycodone, how should I take this oxymorphone to feel it? I don’t want to over do it

1mg of Oxymorphone is equal to Oxycodone .5mg; that is, Oxycodone is approximately 50% the strength of Oxycodone if both are taken by the oral route.
