I got caught today with a very small personal use amount, way under 50grans, of weed and a bowl considered paraphernalia for it in Deal, NJ. I am told this is minor and actually considered disorderly persons offense. My only concern is number one do I need a lawyer and number 2 will I get probation or just a fine?
