Misc Good OTC pain killer drug combinations?

Presumably, paracetamol being the base, about 1000 mg (2 tablets).

Perhaps about 4 to 600 mg ibuprofen as a body wide anti-inflammatory.

Some aspirin mixed in there also?


This article seemed to give an okay over view of the three.

Anything else worth considering, or OTC pain killing combos anyone's had success with?
 
Where are you based? In the UK we also have OTC codeine and dihydrocodeine preparations. Along with OTC Naproxen.
