I know paracetamol is but that's a headache tablet.

Is mdma or cocaine bad for the liver?

Nothing could be worse than alcohol I assume

I can't think of any drug which is acutely damaging to the liver as alcohol.

Most drugs damage your brain or heart before the liver.

Certain opiates are bad for the liver.. quite a few of them.

There is much better review out there if anyone wants to chase it down

Opiates in and of themselves are not known to be hepatotoxic. All that's mentioned about adverse effects here is risk of accumulation in patients who already have impaired liver function, not that opiates are the cause of it.

Research suggests some opioid metabolites have potential hepatoxicity, but compared to other drugs or alcohol the risk is quite low.

In general, liver disease associated with opioid use occurs from Hepatitis B/C, not from direct hepatoxicity.

I think I have a detailed write up of pain management in people with liver disease saved somewhere.. I pull it up after I’m off the golf course.

The article does mention opioids can exacerbate preexisting liver disease but doesn't suggest it can cause it in a healthy person, at least not commonly.

Here is some more info on this

Also some RC benzos

Haven't checked studies but I trust coherent people having organ damage and claiming they have source supporting their anecdotal data.
