Getting a hold of six 60 Mg oxycontins. Important question.

Not sure if this abides by the rules but I'm not simply going to ask how to get high. But I am asking, how would I utilize (6) 60 mg OXYCONTINS-to replace 100 mg OXYCODONE HCL? 1 1/2 of the OxyContins? It doesn't release all of what I feel from the 100 mg OXY HCL, though, right ?

I'm given these medications for Thoracic Outlook Syndrome.

Yes if this is the case, I caved during withdrawals AGAIN.
