Benzos Gbl/ghb for panic attack and insomnia?

Could they work like Xanax and Etizolam taken in doses much smaller than the recreational? (much like when benzos are used medically)

Do they have cross tolerance with Gabapentinoids and benzos? Or is it intelligent to switch between the 3 occasionally to avoid dependence? I currently take 0.75mg etizolam for many months and have no wd when not taking it, but would still prefer to play as safe as possible.

I believe ghb works on gaba-b which is different from benzos so switching from benzos to ghb/gbl should slow down dependence and tolerance. IMO low doses of gbl and ghb are pretty mild and from experience don't do much for anxiety or insomnia. A slightly larger dose than what is used for recreation works really well for insomnia but be prepared for the spins just before you fall asleep.

I found low dose more similar to a strong glass of alcohol or something. It definitely helps with anxiety. But its so short lasting.
