Gabapentin withdrawal

I have fourteen 2 mg Xanax and I?m going thru GABA withdrawals. I know how hard it is to go thru this. I have a mild Xanax tolerance so I?m worse off because I?ll be using what I need to get by on ocd for GABA withdraws. Will the Xanax help with my mild tolerance?
