Hi - I am taking Gabapentin (300 mg) nightly for hot flashes and want to know if there is any contraindications with MDMA which I would like to do but haven't done for some time for fear that there might be some kind of harmful reaction or contraindication. Any insights on this? Thanks.

From what I can tell gabapentin and mdma don't have any dangerous side effects when mixed. That being said it's still best not to mix and if you're taking mdma maybe hold off a little longer on your gaba dose.
The neurotoxicity of MDMA isn't something you need to worry about too much if you are healthy, take antioxidants for an extended period of time prior to use, and most importantly, do not use MDMA more than once every 4-6 months.
