Furanylfentanyl vs Fentanyl hcl nasal spray? Main differences?

I have the choice between either option but what is the main difference? I couldn't get a clear answer but as far as I have found is that fentanyl hcl will be a more euphoric high but a very low half life. Besides that does anyone know what would be the obvious noticeable differences between Furanylfentanyl and regular fentanyl hcl? Thanks!
