my personal experience
for tramadol withdrawl

1-pregabalin300 every 6h

2-tianeptine 25 every 6h

3-amitriptilyne 50 for sleep

4- low dose nalrixone 3mg after 7 days of stopping tramadol to reset opiod mu receptor
