Focalin problems

Ok so sometimes when I take Focalin 30mg xr
I wanna do stuff but I have no motivation. Can anyone help

Why are you unmotivated? Do you use Focalin for ADHD or recreationally? The drug won't magically turn you into a machine where you can do anything but need a bit more info to give a valuable reply.

ok so i want to clean the barn but i dont feel like putting in the work and then i get irratated for no reason and start to cry because i cant get it done but i took some more and it must have worked but still it happens to often

I have been on Focalin extended release before. It releases half of the drug about four hours after the initial instant release. At this point your plasma level peaks at a little more than half of the first peak. (A psychiatrist once showed me a graph in his reference manual.)

This lower and prolonged blood level could result in a "dragged out" stimulation. Irritability and impatience are common effects with drugs that inhibit the reuptake of norepinephrine in the way that (dex)methylphenidate does.
