First time making lean and need help

Good day to all responsible psychonauts of the interwebs. Today, I would like to enquire a very, very important question that I has in mind and can't seem to solve it. I have been searching on the internet on the composition of lean as I do not have codeine-prometh syrup handy. All I have is 2 bottles of Rhinathiol syrup (promethazine, 2.5mg per 5ml), 1 Dicogesic pill (codeine, 30mg), 1 Amitriptyline pill (SSRI, 10mg) and for antihistamines other than Rhinathiol, I have a few bottles of hard liquor, and I am also not forgetting the usual soda like coke or etc. So, each of these potentiate each other hence why I listed down the SSRI.

Here's the best way to make lean. Swallow the codeine pills, then if you feel itchy or want to be more sedated take the promethazine. Anything you add to that is unnecessary.

You only have 1 30 mg. codeine tablet? I hope you aren't expecting much out of that. Also, I agree with falsifiedhypothesi's advice above.

This is true, making lean with pills would be doing extra work for nothing
