Hello everyone. I'm aware of how things work around here as I've lurked for years, but I'm having enough of an issue that I'm having a bit of trouble searching for it and have to ask. Took a bit too much of what I knew was an RC and it's getting pretty unpleasant. I know it'll turn out OK, but can I get some words of wisdom on how to head this off? without knowing what rc it, what the dose was and what symptoms you're having, i don't think we can say anything useful.
