Your local Health Department is the best place. They are focused on getting us healthy. Most offer free yearly PAP smears, breast wellness and other women specific care. They can also refer you to your Community Mental Health building where you will get an immediate intake interview. When you get with these 2 agencies they refer you to any..and all....help you need to get healthy again.

Unfortunately my local area in small and I’ve been ever mental health provider in the area so I purchased a private insurance im asking more of do you know of any specialy because with my plan thank god I don’t need a referral

Look online for a Circulatory specialist in your area. They can give you the vein health that you need. A Cardiac guy/gal can also help you.

I have no idea.. I'm in Australia. There's not much help like that here and drug users are more likely to end up in jail than being given medical help

You should seek out a circulatory specialist in the area. I would recommend going to your primary care doctor and asking them for a referral.
