Opioids Fentanyl Nasal Spray Extraction

Hello there internet psychonauts, I am a long time opiate user with several years experience with all routes of administration. I am not too sure about the SWIM conduct on here these days, but if one would gain possession of a couple of 20ml 50mcg/1ml Fentanyl nasal spray solutions, would there be any safe way to either filter the presumed saline or extract the freebase itself so perfect measurements may be weighed on a scale and prepped for IV administration? Is the bio gain even worth it? Nobody is planning on mixing any other opiates with fentanyl and my friends are very aware of it's potency and dose levels.
