Fentanyl- How can I clean super cut weak fetty?

Hey everyone, I checked around for this topic but didn't see it covered.
I know everyone is saying fetty is so strong but honestly from where I sit it's becoming apparent people are getting too greedy and trying to stretch it, turning a penny into a grand. So I'm hoping someone knows how to remove some adulterants, disgard at least some of the copious amounts of cut to get a cleaner, stronger fetty.
I am EXTREMELY opiate tolerant however I always use safely so I'm not just stupid and reckless...just trying to at least get well.
Thanks ahead of time to anyone who can give me some tips.

I'm sure there would be a way, similar to the old cocaine / meth etc acetone wash or the ket iso wash etc, it's just determining what solvents you need, ive got no clue about what fent does and doesn't dissolve in.

This is such a dangerous thing if true, you'll have a whole wave of people thinking they dose way more fent than they actually do and when some uncut fent appears they all die. What would you even cut it with?
