I came across the patch in title. I know better than to put the whole patch on for OD reasons. I only weigh ~120 and am quite small with no tolerance. I used to have a tolerance but cut out all pills so now have no tolerance. I cut 1/9th of the patch and put it on my back. Am i doing this right or is it better to chew a piece or what?

I can't in good conscience suggest anything other than getting rid of the Fentanyl, it just isn't worth it with no tolerance.
That aside, transdermal is the least acutely dangerous ROA and 1/9th of ~7mg is somewhere around 80mg Morphine over 72 hours which I can't see being problematic.
Don't jump to SL/buccal administration and don't redose at all.
