Do people snort those little grains of Fent or is it more commonly just smoked in grain form?

If you have fent thats potent enough that you only need a grain to get off then you're walking a fine line, I hope you're not eyeballing it.

If you're going to snort it you should probably dissolve it in water first and use a spray bottle to snort. I have a feeling it would be difficult to try and smoke a grain without fucking it up.

When I did fent I'd put like 30mg of MAF into a nasal sprayer add water and do it that way. It was safer that way.

As others have said above, it’s not like guessing an unmeasured bit of Oxy, or even H. If this must be your DOC, try an amount that may not even register, and build from there!!

I sometimes use a saline nasal spray when I’m running low on my DOC, it can work very well, Fent is a different beast as you know!! Take care and enjoy!!
