Just curious for some different views for favorite things you like to do while on psychedelics or as a sitter with people on psychedelics.

Essentially for the past 10 years a group of friends and I have gone hiking, staying in someone's cabin for about a week or two in June and mid Summer. Maybe 8 years back a couple people brought some psychedelics (I believe it was legitimate LSD, rare enough as it is in our parts, but I trust their chemical backgrounds) and that has come to be a small part of the week. We usually hike, camp out a bit, and sometimes bring up a projector for what we call a [Local place] film festival, if weather appears uncooperative.

I've never had the chance to try psychedelics due to unfavorable drug interactions (I was on lithium, then tranylcypromine, now mirtazapine and some other drugs), but I am comfortable in the role as the straight man and designated driver. (Even though I'm probably on the most drugs of them all, the irony doesn't escape me.) I've usually brought some old lorazepam and clonazepam, as well as quetiapine just in case, but barring one person in the past everyone has been reasonably responsible.

We're trying to pick a theme this year but I was curious what people like to do on psychedelics or as the sitter in such a case. We did some westerns last year. A couple people thought about doing drawing or some kind of artwork, but that met a highly mixed reception. We crossed off ATVs quite readily, Haha.

I quite enjoyed jet-skiing once on acid. I spent almost 5 hours straight on one. Never been so sunburned in my life lol. Not recommended for those without experience.

I have a didgeridoo I like to pull out and play when tripping/for people who are tripping sometimes. Quite the interesting instrument. Any instrument will do really, can't go wrong with jamming.

I also enjoy watching porn, alone or with close friends.

And certainly enjoy watching thought provoking films.

Anything that's fun sober is almost certainly more fun on acid.

Oh yeah, SEX! Sex is sooooo fun on acid.

I always liked to be in the country and have very few people around.
music, weed, brewsky, and sexy people about never hurt.
been decades not sure what others are into these days.
Edit: Oh... themes... yeah, sex sounds legit. hahah

I like laying in bed alone. In the dark. Maybe alternate between music and silence. For more recreatonal social trips I enjoy playing the guitar and watching funny cartoons

Being in Northern Ontario Canada, I also very much enjoy camping deep in the wilderness and enjoying some trypramines or lysergamides in the outdoors with some friends

So perhaps just let camping be the theme? Everyone hang out. Bring a guitar or 2 and some snacks. Have a fire. Obviously you will tend to it since u will be sober. I think it would be a nice time

Laying in bed with headphones on..

Hiking.

Going to Six Flags/Amusement Park.

Those were my top 3 things to do.

Yeah the hiking is great, though we stick to easier routes if people are a little out there. Coordination is key, so I try to make everyone comfortable with the level of activity.

Sometimes simplicity is the way to go; no need to overthink things.

Music night would be good with everyone sampling something from their preferred genre/artist.

Jet-skiing I bet was a blast. A couple of friends have gone winter skiing / boarding on lysergamides and had a wicked time, though they did it when it was pretty empty midseason. Sounds like a recipe for a torn MCL/ACL to me, but I bet snowshoeing would definitely be enhanced.

My favorite is hiking/exploring nature, which is fun either as a sitter or a tripper. As a sitter I try to just act normally around tripping people and not engage with them any differently than I normally would because it makes people feel weird if you're looking at them differently.

Do not do water boarding on psychs. It is the quickest way to have a bad trip, and it doesn't even get you quality information.

^ solid advice lol
I've never trip sat sober before, but I guess plenty of times I've been the semi "responsible" one tripping. Being in nature, bike riding, listening to awesome music, dancing, hiking, running, exploring. These are my favourite group activities tripping.

Bonfires!

We're usually doing psychedelics at a farm or out in the bush so it's always fire time when tripping. Most of the time we also have a sound system going, take turns "curating" the choons for the day, though music can be hit-and-miss, depending on whether or not time has slowed down.

Canoeing is good times as well, if you have access to such....just make sure the fire's under control before you all exit upon a boat....I may or may not have a friend who may or may not have started a forest fire by accident.
Ok, to be honest, no one's sure if it was an accident or not......but, still, 1 fuck up out of well over 100 psychedelic fires isn't too bad.
