Harm Reduction Fake xanax with fentanyl going around od on west coast us

Locally there was an OD and warning for xanax bars that are not alprazolam, but tested fentanyl and I think rc benzo. The pill in question is a white 4 section bars marked XANAX, which is not as uniformly square slightly larger I was told today by a done patient. Be careful people as this is not a common occurance and as fucked up as a pmaa filled E pill. There has been one OD death on the west coast, but pills move great distances in the black market so being in FL or NY doesn't mean this does not apply to you. Just be more aware especially on the west coast.

Wouldn't a pill cost a lot more? I can't see a pill with fentanyl and a benzo being the same cost as 2mg of Xanax.

It's got a pretty low oral bioavailability compared to other routes of ingestion. Seems like a waste.


I don't think I'd take a pharm pill that was somewhat obviously not made by a pharmaceutical company.
 
Darknet acetyl fentanyl and alprazolam are dirt cheap. Easily sold for the price of 2mg alprazolam.

I know a lot of the pills are coming from Canada.
