Fake Xanax that numbs tongue

Hey was wondering if anyone has ever gotten any fake Xanax bars that numb your tongue when you bite into them. If anyone know what's in these please let me know.

Xanax bars are a common possible fake pill due to the wide spread recognition of bars of xanax. Hasnt happened to me person as I got xanax from a doctor. If you got it from a friend who has a bottle and had a rx or you sto lo e it from some random cabnit (dick move wouldnt recommended people need them for like seizures or ptsd) its unlikely but off the black market very possible.
