Opioids Fake roxys with specials on them

Why do some pressed roxys have specials on them? Is it just the cut or what? And ive seen some with specials on um that make you feel like you smoked a ounce of bud. Idk wtf they putting in those.
 
Specials like other drugs besides the fent they already throw in? Well I’ve heard they sometimes put in RC cannabinoids which may explain why you’ve felt high as hell on occasion.

Another one I’ve heard of is meth, since it’s so cheap and easily available.
