Eztest contact anyone? their 'support' system is rubbish

Does anyone know how to contact eztest?

Ordered some Marquis six weeks ago which hasn't arrived - emailed them and logged an issue via their support system to no avail.

Anyone managed to contact them to solve a similar problem?

Really unimpressed with them to be honest
