Extended Release Hydromorphone?? OS 211? Anyone have experience?

I just got my hands on these round pink extended release Dilaudid 8 mg pills. Imprint OS 211. Never had Dilaudid in the extended version... broke it in half and the inside is weird (half dark brown and half white). Can you snort these? Are these even legit?
