Hello to all folks there, new user, I hope that I post in right section. Been reading for some time, now I post first time :)

I was taking CDP choline and ALCAR (l-carnitine) about 2 months ago.. I was taking it for about a week, but was like overly hyperactive (no manic episode or anything, just hyperactive but it subsided). However, after about 2 weeks from taking it and stopping, I started feel weird. One thing that I have are widened blood vessels all over my body - arms, legs, I have migraines. And I took it for like 7 days, in reasonable doses, lik 300-400 mg a day(alongside small doses of ALCAR), no more. I'm also occasionally hyperactive, like it's residual stimulation underneath if you know what i mean (I cannot smoke even small amount of weed, not even CBD)

I know that acetylcholine widens blood vessels by different mechanism, can I just have permanently elevated ACh levels ? Cardiologist said I have veins like people who take nitrogen/NO.
FSH, TSH, FT3, FT4, full blood test, liver, etc, all normal. I did FT4 2 times, once it turned about 1,4 once 1,8 but I don't think it's that. Doctors don't see a problem, i'm waiting for ACTH results, I can post all my results if it changes anything.

Maybe it's some hormone that's f..ed up, could you tell what additional test I could do or maybe whether it's really elavated Ach levels (I Have tachycardia quite often, sometimes i'm hyperactive etc., but i'm also meditating so I can manage that) I cannot really smoke tabbaco or drink alcohol so this seems about right.

Thanks for replies!
