Yes, it's a topical application. You put a small amount on the head of the penis. The effect isn't as powerful as viagra so if you have a more severe erection problem you might be better off with the pills.

Heck if you don't have erectile dysfunction, don't use these, they have side effects.

If you just wanna enhance sensation and bloodflow there's plenty lubricants with stimulating ingredients on the market. (My personal favourite was woo-hoo lubricant but I haven't been able to find that for awhile.)
