5mg of Oxycodone is about equal to 2mg of Hydromorphone taken ORALLY.

20mg Oxycodone = 7.5mg Hydromorphone
10mg Oxycodone = 3.75mg Hydromorphone
5mg Oxycodone = 1.875mg Hydromorphone.

Thank you, the tablets of oxy seem way weaker then that though, it was shots of hydro I was comparing too though, not tablets of hrdro, my bad for not explaining
