Empathogens and your bladder

This all started a few years ago when I first started doing amphetamines really bad. I noticed one day while I went to take a leak that it was kind of difficult to go. I know this is common among some, but as it reaches the end and I pack myself up, I have to go more...and then a little more. So fast forward years later and it's still happening even when I haven't taken anything in awhile, but I do notice while rolling I sometimes feel I'm literally about to piss myself.. Any chance this could be a bad sign?

No idea about most of that but for excess drippage: press underneath the scrotum when you're just about done urinating.
